Mission de téléopérateur/télémarketing/suivi clients
Dans le cadre de son expansion, l'entreprise spécialisée dans la vente B2B de lampes LED et appareils d'éclairage cherche pour entrée immédiate un(e) téléopérateur(trice) pour prise de rendez-vous et suivi de clientèle (outbound calling). CV et lettre de motivation.
A l'aise au téléphone,enthousiaste avec une voix agréable; Maître dans l'art de séduire et de convaincre; Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un PC et spécifiquement Google agenda, MS Office et Outlook; (SALESFORCE - un atout); FR ou NL; une expérience similaire de télémarketing est un plus; Horaire: min 3 matinées/semaine (Ma-Me-Je)
